Changes to the Block Icon of Collaboration cards

Currently, all Block Icons from both normal cards and Collaboration cards are the same. However from November 2019 onwards, Collaboration cards will have different colors to their Block Icon.

※「Block Icon Limited Battle」 only requires the number it is in, both color will be allowed for used.
