Point 1

For Draft Battle, the gameplay is for each group of players to open a sealed pack 1 by 1 and pick a card in rotation to build a deck.
The rotation goes in a clockwise then anti-clockwise repeatedly for 5 packs, until a deck of 30 or more cards is built.
Special Rule: The deck built can be at least 30 cards, each deck can include 4 or more cards of the same name.

Point 2

For Sealed Battle, the game play is to build a deck using cards just from the sealed packs.
Each player opens 5 packs to build a deck of 30 cards or more.
Special Rule: The deck built can be at least 30 cards, each deck can include 4 or more cards of the same name.

Point 3

Each booster pack includes 1 free-cut paper core card which can be used as cores.
The game can be played just from opening booster packs.

Battle Spirits is a competitive Trading Card Game.
Summon spirit cards using cores and reduce your opponent’s life or deck to 0 to attain victory.

Draft Battle

Draft Battle is where players put aside 1 card from the opened pack and hand the remaining cards over to the next player in a clockwise direction the anti-clockwise repetitively for 5 packs.
Build decks using the cards placed aside to battle.

Each player prepare 5 packs in advance, each player open 1 pack.

Each player picks 1 card from the opened pack and place it aside.
Please do not let the other places peek at the chosen cards.

Each player place the remaining 8 cards faced down and hand it over to the player on their left, in a clockwise direction.

Each player picks 1 card from the 8 cards handed over from the player to their right and put it aside.
Repeat step (2)(3)(4) until each cards in the pack is used. Build a deck using the 45 chosen cards.

When all cards from the pack are picked, every player will open the second pack.
Each player then pick 1 card from the pack and place it aside.

Each player place the remaining 8 cards faced down and hand it over to the player on their right in an anticlockwise direction.

Pick 1 card out of the 8 cards handed over from the player to your left and place it aside.
Repeat step (6)(7) until all cards from the pack are picked.

Repeat the procedure in clockwise and anticlockwise repeatedly until all 5 packs are used up.

  • *Special Rule: When playing a Draft Battle with this product, the deck built can be at least 30 cards, each deck can include 4 or more cards of the same name.

Sealed Battle

Sealed battle is a gameplay to open 5 packs and use all cards to build a deck to battle.

As each [Draft Booster Revolving Miracle] includes 9 cards in a pack, 45 cards will be available to build a deck.

Construct a deck from the 45 cards.
Sealed Battle uses a deck of 30 or more cards.

Key Effects to influence Victory

Burst

Burst is a mechanic that can be activated without paying the cost when condition on the card is fulfilled!
Once per turn, you can set a card with Burst effect face down.

Accel

Accel is a mechanic that is used during the Main Step or Flash Timing! After using, it is placed in the Opened Zone and can be summoned as a spirit card!

Radiant Descent

Radiant Descent is a mechanic where you can stack a card onto a spirit which fulfils the condition by paying 1 soul core!
For a card that does not require the original cost to summon, it is a very powerful card.
This card can radiant descent on a cost 5 or higher Purple or White spirit during both players’ attack step.

Technique to Deck Construction

Colors of Deck

First, let’s decide the main color of the deck.
Decide a color to construct and build your desired deck while opening the packs.
If you got your hands on an X rare card, it is also a viable method to construct the deck revolving the X rare card.

Low-cost Spirit Card

To ensure symbols during the early game, include low-cost spirits (cost0~2) in your deck.
By summoning many spirit and nexus in the early game, it will become easier to summon high-cost spirits during the mid-late game.
In a 30-card deck, it is ideal to ensure 10~15 low-cost spirit cards in the deck.

Magic

Include card known as Magic cards, that can destroy opposing spirits on one hand, and protect yourself in times of danger, into your deck.
In a decisive moment, it is an offensive card that can ensure victory.
In times of danger, it is a defensive card that can protect you.
In a 30-card deck, it is ideal to prepare around 5 magic cards in the deck.

Burst・Accel

Include Burst and Accel cards that can be used for free and deliver unexpected effects respectively into the deck!
Burst is a mechanic to summon high-cost spirits that are tough to summon without paying the cost.
Cards with Accel effects, unlike the one-time use Magic cards, can be placed in the opened zone and summoned as a spirit.
In a 30-card deck, it is ideal to prepare around 5 Burst or Accel cards.

X rare

If you get an X rare card from the pack, please prioritise including it in the deck. It will act as the compass for the deck construction.
Even though it is difficult to summon due to its cost, it has a powerful effect to decide the victory of the game.
